GENERAL INFORMATION

LIFE CONTROL is a flexible and very simple life insurance, which gives financial protection in case of death from any cause, also gives coverage for eight additional risks which are included in the insurance contract. By contracting this insurance will provide protection for you and for your family.
Depending on the level of the sum insured and the risks covered by the insurance contract, you can choose one of the two optional insurance packages provided by ASIROM: OPTIM and PREMIUM

Period of insurance: 1 year
Currency of contract: LEI
The insurance premium is paid in advance, at the conclusion of the insurance contract and is determined for each risk covered in the insurance.

Insurance is available:

• 24 hours o 24
• All risks are cover in Romania and abroad.
• At the insurer request, policy can be concluded with ASIROM limitations of liability for the additional risks to the household events in which case the insurance premiums will be reduced accordingly.

Whom it is addressed to:

Any individual person with Romanian citizenship or other nationality but residing in Romania, aged 5 to 69 years, but will not exceed 70 years old at the expiration of the insurance contract, can buy an Life Control insurance.
The contractor of the insurance can be any person who will pay the premiums. The contractor of the insurance can be insured himself if he has minimum 18 years old.

Covered risks

Basic insurance risk:

• Death from any cause of the insured person, for the following insured sums :

  OPTIM - 1.500 LEI

  PREMIUM - 2.500 LEI

Additional insurance risks:

• Death by accident (in case of death from accident, the amount paid is double of the sum insured for death from any cause, from basic insurance) for the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 3.000 LEI

  PREMIUM - 5.000 LEI

• Total or partial permanent disability resulting from an accident, for the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 3.000 LEI

  PREMIUM - 5.000 LEI

• Fractures resulting from an accident, for the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 1.500 LEI

  PREMIUM - 2.500 LEI

• Burns resulting from an accident, for the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 1.500 LEI

  PREMIUM - 2.500 LEI

• HOSPITALISATION resulting from an accident, for maximum 60 days/for 1 year and at the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 1.800 LEI

  PREMIUM - 3.000 LEI

• AMBULATORY CARE AND/OR CONVALESCENCE resulting from an accident for maximum 60 days/for 1 year and at the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 1.800 LEI

  PREMIUM - 3.000 LEI

• SURGERYS resulting from an accident, for the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 750 LEI

  PREMIUM - 1.250 LEI

• MEDICAL EXPENSES resulting from an accident for the following insured sums:

  OPTIM - 150 LEI

  PREMIUM - 250 LEI
