Definitions for the terms and conditions: Cracking or
hacking means trespassing without an authorization from the user authentication
service or other security services of any network, server, web server or user
account. Attacks such as "denial of service" (Denial of Service) mean
interference with the service to any user, host or network. Customer Service
means providing access to data and information transmitted by ASIROM and its
suppliers via the Internet using this site, asirom.ro. Brand refers to the fact
that the name "ASIROM", however represented, including stylized
representations, all associated logos and symbols and combinations of the
foregoing with another word or mark, used on this site are trademarks of ASIROM
SA or associated companies.
ASIROM‘s obligations
ASIROM and its suppliers assume no responsibility for any
loss of data or information resulting from delays, unfulfilled orders or orders
that do not reach the recipient, caused by events beyond ASIROM’s control, its
suppliers or by errors or omissions of the Customer. ASIROM and its suppliers
exclude any representation or warranty that:
a. service will be uninterrupted or without error
b. defects will be corrected
c. the service or the server that makes it available is free
of viruses or other components that could harm users and cannot be responsible
for any action you take in reliance upon such information or service.
In no event ASIROM cannot be responsible for direct or
indirect loss arising from or in any way connected with the use or the
performance of the service of this website or websites related to it.
ASIROM’s liability (if it is determined by a court or
arbitral court) if any act or fact or arising in any other way or in connection
with the provision of services under this contract is limited for each event or
series of events to 100 U.S. dollars.
Improper Use and Liabilities
Customer agrees to use the Service only for lawful
purposes. Customer warrants that:

will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit,
display , publish, reproduce, license , create, transfer or sell any
information or services obtained from or through this website;
b. not engage in ( or allow) the activity of cracking or
hacking or attacks such as "Denial of Service". Users who violate the
security systems or network security may be brought to court, civil and
criminal;
Customer agrees to indemnify and not to act in justice
ASIROM of any claim by a third party resulting from use of the service or
ASIROM’s communication network and the Internet, and of any loss (direct,
indirect, consequential or otherwise), costs, actions, suits, claims, damages,
expenses ( including legal expenses ) or liabilities, whatsoever suffered or
incurred directly as a result of breach ASIROM or ignorance on the part of
these terms and conditions.
Security
Customer acknowledges that ASIROM cannot control and does
not give any representations, warranties or conditions regarding the security
or content of the information passing through its network and the Internet or
through the Service.
The Client acknowledges that the services are available
through the Internet and although ASIROM will do its best to maintain the
security of information, cannot guarantee that the information the client
receives or transmits using the Services will be secure at all times.
Connection to Third Parties
The service can be used by the client to find out various
information posted by ASIROM on the web, to connect with web sites worldwide,
and the Customer agrees to observe the terms of use of those sites. The
customer accepts the fact that ASIROM does not controls these sites, is not
responsible and assumes no obligation regarding other sites, any links from
other sites or their content.
The inclusion of links to other websites or networks is only
meant to help the Client and does not imply endorsement by ASIROM of the
available material on or through those sites or networks or any association
with their operators. The client accesses those sites and uses their products
and services solely at his own risk.
ASIROM does not warrant that the services or content
provided by third parties are available for use in any part of Romania. If the
client accesses other content or services from third party sites, ASIROM is not
responsible for the responsibility of the Customer to local laws or other
regulations in force in those countries.
Personal Information
By accessing this website you agree that ASIROM has the
right to put the names and other information about the client, or from use of
the service by the client, in a computerized database for the following
purposes:
a. use of data for sales and marketing;
b. in the prevention or detection of crime or fraud;
c. ASIROM may provide information collected from the client
and other providers of services or products which, according to ASIROM’s
opinion, may be of interest to the client;

considered to be accepted if the Customer continues to use the Service after

Major Force - ASIROM assumes no responsibility for failure
to comply with its obligations under these terms and conditions as a result of
any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, adverse
weather conditions, government action or inaction or other competent authority
which is nor ASIROM’s responsibility.
Jurisdiction - This website (excluding any linked third
party sites) is controlled by ASIROM. By accessing this website, the Customer
accepts that this agreement and any dispute related to it are governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of Romania and the Customer agrees to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania. This website can be accessed
from anywhere in Romania and abroad. ASIROM makes no representation that this
Site is subject to the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country
outside Romania. If the Customer accesses this site from abroad, it is on his
own risk and is responsible for compliance with the local laws of that country.
Privacy - ASIROM does not guarantee that the Customer's use
of this website will be confidential. ASIROM is not responsible for any damage
suffered by the Customer or any person as a result of the confidentiality of
the client's use of this site. Any information that the client reveals on this
site may not be secure during transmission over the Internet. Third parties are
able to intercept transmissions by the client when using this website. Some
services you access on this site allow the customer to receive personal

Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions. Use
